The Directorate of Development of the Region of Thessaly announces the following:

In accordance with article 25 of Law 511/2024 (Government Gazette 76/A'/24-05-2024), the economic activities subject to the regime of notifications or approvals, of articles 5 & 7 of Law 4442/2016 "New institutional framework for the exercise of economic activity and other provisions" and which are exercised within the administrative boundaries of the areas affected by the floods that occurred in September 2023, may be exercised in derogation of the provisions concerning matters of notification, approval or other terms and conditions related to their operation and the imposition of the relevant sanctions is suspended for twenty-four (24) months from the date of the natural disaster.
